Proiterium will not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, war, civil disturbances, government actions, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
